The digital presence of FC Basel was aging and required a complete web experience overhaul. Since the Ticket Shop and Fan Shop are the club’s primary revenue sources, they were central to a comprehensive new concept. We implemented a new ticketing system, optimized navigation, a customer account with a dashboard, and a fresh look featuring a modern interface for both plattforms. These changes successfully delivered a contemporary digital perception for the club, extending their brand impact beyond the pitch.
